Questions
How long does setup take?
Plan on a short configuration session plus a day or two of tweaking the script. We do it with you, using our templates as the starting point.
What happens to calls the agent can't handle?
It takes a message and captures contact details, then you get the transcript. You can also have it hand off to your mobile.
Can I cancel?
Yes — month to month, cancel anytime. No lock-in contract and no exit fee.
Do I need to be technical?
No. If you can fill in a form and read a script, you can run Studio. We handle the setup with you.
