These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Corovix (the "Service"), provided by Corovix (ABN 11 349 415 617) ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@corovix.com.au if you suspect unauthorised use.
2. The Service
Corovix provides AI-powered software tools for Australian small businesses to create quotes, invoices, contracts and other business documents, manage customers, track money, and access a range of industry-specific tools tailored to their business. The Service is provided "as is" and we may add, change, or remove features from time to time.
3. Free and paid plans
We offer a Free plan with usage limits and a paid "Corovix Plus" plan billed monthly or annually in AUD via Stripe. Prices, features and limits are shown on our pricing page and may change with reasonable notice. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the data you upload, generate or send through the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited licence to host, process and transmit Your Content solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of Your Content, including any documents you send to your customers.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for any unlawful, misleading, or fraudulent purpose;
- send spam, harass third parties, or impersonate anyone;
- attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the Service;
- share your account with people outside your business.
6. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties including Supabase (hosting and database), Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), and PostHog (product analytics). Your use of the Service is also subject to their terms where relevant.
7. Termination
You can cancel your subscription any time from Settings → Billing. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms. On termination your access ends and, after a reasonable retention window, Your Content may be deleted.
8. Disclaimers
Corovix is a productivity tool and does not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be lawfully excluded.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Courts located in New South Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
