What is Corovix?
Corovix is AI-powered admin software for Australian small businesses. It turns the paperwork side of running a business — quotes, invoices, contracts, marketing copy, hiring documents, planning tools — into something you finish in minutes instead of evenings.
What does it cost?
There's a free tier with monthly limits on each tool. Corovix Plus lifts those limits, and Corovix Pro is for higher-volume daily use across quotes, invoices and generators. Full breakdown on the pricing page.
Can I change my industry or the tools I see?
Yes, any time. Settings → Tools lets you switch on or off every tool individually. Changing your industry in Settings tops your toolkit up with that industry's defaults — it never removes tools you've chosen.
How do I upgrade to Corovix Plus?
Head to the pricing page or Settings → Billing and pick monthly or annual. Checkout runs on Stripe — no card details are stored by us.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Settings → Billing → Manage billing. You'll keep Plus features until the end of the current billing period, then your account moves to Free automatically.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Settings → Data & account has a one-click export that downloads a JSON file of your business profile, customers, documents, entries, and tasks. You can also email us anytime and we'll send your data across.
Is my data private?
Yes. Each business's data is isolated with row-level security in the database, and we never share your business data with other tenants. See our privacy policy for details.
I stopped getting emails from Corovix — what should I check?
Check your spam folder first, then Settings to confirm your contact email is correct. If you previously unsubscribed, email support to be re-subscribed to transactional messages.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes. Paying annually gives you 2 months free compared to monthly.
